Yes, you can specify your Washing and Drying Preferences either on our Mobile app or on the Web Form.

We Sort your Laundry Items, Search the pockets for damaging objects like ink pens, crayons, lipsticks, etc. We then Custom Wash and Dry your items in Dedicated Washers and Dedicated Dryers and Professionally Fold and Package Your Items Safe and Sanitized Based on CDC Guidelines and Your Personal Preferences © ® . You can Drop Off and Pick Up your laundry at our Modern Facility or we can send a Driver to do the Pick-Up and  Deliver your laundry to your Door at Home or Office or your On or Off Campus Residence within 24 Hours.

Yes, we process all our customers' laundry items In House at our Modern Facility in Hyattsville. We are not a Virtual Laundry Service Business without our own Facility, who hire Unknown Third Party entities to do your wash and fold laundry service.

The Minimum Weight for all Drop Offs is 15 Pounds calculated at $1.59 per pound.

The Minimum Cost for our Wash and Fold Laundry Pick Up and Delivery Service is based on Your Physical Distance  to our Central Laundry Facility calculated from $2.59 per pound for General Laundry Items plus 15% Service Charge  based on the following Distance Chart.

Yes, only if you drop off your laundry at our Central Location in Hyattsville and pick it up when it is ready. All Pick Up and Delivery Laundry Services are processed within 24 hours and not the same day.
